MY STORY

From foster care to international entrepreneurship

Origins

Born in 1991 in the Raval neighborhood, Barcelona, I grew up in a dysfunctional family environment. From age 12 to 18, I lived in foster care centers, without formal education and minimal resources.

I started as a messenger and IT technician, offering digital services on my own from a very young age. What seemed like an insurmountable obstacle became the fuel for my determination.

Business Career

Upon reaching adulthood, I began providing digital and online marketing services, especially web design and Google AdWords acquisition campaigns, working directly with small and medium-sized businesses. This stage of my life, which lasted from 2009 to 2011, was key to later founding and leading multiple companies in diverse sectors.

2010

Founding of Legisdalia Abogados

In 2010, I founded Legisdalia, my first structured company, specialized in data protection and regulatory compliance (LOPD / GDPR). I detected that thousands of companies were violating current regulations and transformed that problem into a scalable legal-technological service.

2012-2014

Scaling and diversification

Between 2012 and 2014, I began a stage of accelerated growth and diversification of the business group, incorporating legal, technological, compliance and consulting services. During this period, my teams grew, the customer base increased exponentially, and my first media appearances arrived. This is where the "big game" began... And also the first mistakes typical of rapid growth and overexposure.

2015

Reputational crisis and turning point

In 2015, several of my companies were affected by media attacks and disinformation campaigns, with severe economic impact and an abrupt drop in operations in Spain. This situation marked a before and after, and I made a strategic decision: to move my business activity abroad and rebuild from an international perspective.

2015 - 2016

International reinvention

From 2015 onwards, I began a complete reorganization process of the business group from Eastern Europe, establishing an international network of companies and focusing on sectors where trust and legal security are critical. In parallel, in 2016 I published the book "The Secret of Success", where I recount this first vital and business stage.

2018

Subrogalia and IEGRA Tres Torres Clinic

During the period from 2014 to 2018, I founded and led projects related to assisted reproduction and international surrogacy, including Subrogalia and IEGRA Tres Torres. Subrogalia became a pioneering firm in legal services for international surrogacy, enabling access to parenthood for hundreds of people worldwide, especially those excluded from traditional adoption processes. It was a sector of high legal, health, and reputational complexity, which generated both social impact and controversy and delegitimization campaigns.

2018

New direction

In 2016 I began my progressive disconnection from the assisted reproduction sector, and in 2017 I moved my permanent residence to Kyiv, Ukraine. Since then, I focus my activity exclusively on the technological and legal fields, leading international projects in the following sectors:

  • Digital Reputation & Privacy
  • Digital Identity & Legaltech
  • Fintech Infrastructure

Personal Philosophy

"When you do things that change realities, you become a target. Being a pioneer in Spain is not a privilege: it is a high-risk sport."

I have faced high personal and media costs for being a pioneer. Some media have spread false accusations or misinformation, but each obstacle has strengthened my determination to keep innovating and defending individual freedom.
